Frette is seeking aCustom Project & Sales Account Coordinatorto support our Hospitality Sales Team.The Custom Project & Sales Account Coordinator is responsible for handling all incoming custom order requests from clients and sales representatives. Supporting the Sales team with full service of assigned house accounts, growing and developing while fostering strong business relationships. Full service includes the operations and processing of orders, partnering with internal cross-functional teams to meet the requests of accounts.Custom Projects:Field incoming custom order requests from sales representatives (internal and external), as well as direct hospitality clients, providing timely and accurate response to inquiries and requests.Act as key liaison between Supply Chain team, Planning, and Sales teams to ensure seamless processing, accurate communication of pricing, and seamless delivery of special orders.Enter orders for the Special Projects, coordinating and communicating to client estimateddelivery times, follow through with ETA and partner with Logistics through delivery.Maintain commitment schedule and lead times based on direction from management.Follow up on all submits or design samples and communicate comments to offices/ Sales agents.Execute production/sampling packages and ensure that they are complete and accurate.Expedite and monitor sample development progress and alert appropriate partners if delays or problems arise.Provide feedback to global office if sample does not meet the specifications of the client.Create and maintain special projects library and samples room, located in Wayne, NJ, for easy access and reference internally.Package and ship boxes of samples as needed.Sales:Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective clients, including assisting in making telephone calls and scheduling in-person visits and presentations ensuring reflection of the Frette brand.Support colleagues as a liaison between house accounts and customer service to provide catalog, samples, quotes, and submitting orders for processing.Keeps abreast of product applications, market conditions, and competitive activities.Participate in sales meetings with existing and prospective customers - creating presentations and materials used in presentation to clients, ensuring reflection of the Frette brand.Coordinate, participate, and attend any trade shows, or marketing events related to Corporate Accounts.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree (preferably in Business Management, or Textiles).3+ years of experience in a customer service, supply chain, purchasing or sales oriented role.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point required.Independent, self motivated, detail-oriented; ability to multi-task in a busy office environment.Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints.Strong sense of urgency when addressing clients.Strong research and follow up skills.Strong communication skills required, verbal and written.Italian language skills a plus.3 day required in office in NYC with the ability to travel to our Wayne, NJ office as needed.
