SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:The Customer Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to multitask.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide product and service information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to clients.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Monitor account performance and usage to proactively identify potential issues or opportunities.
- Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and service modifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account details.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide insights on customer needs and feedback.
- Coordinates weekly orders of retail butter with Sales.
- Manages and maintains retail forecast
- Aligns orders with the production schedule on a weekly basis.
- Tracks and publishes daily production reports as compared to orders.
- Responsible for sourcing and making purchasing decisions to fulfill customer orders.
- Manages inventory control of all packaging supplies associated with retail butter as well as communicating regularly with the Warehouse Manager.
- Assists the Quality Assurance department with weekly grading schedule for USDA.
- Serves as a liaison to support compliance audits for the FSQA team.
- Performs other projects as required or as assigned.
- Assure confidentiality and discreet handling of all business.
- Follow all company safety, work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) rules.
- Any other duties assigned that will support the department and production
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products including Excel spreadsheet applications is required.
Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
