Role Overview As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll provide exceptional service, ensure seamless order processing, and collaborate with the sales team to foster strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Process orders via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Address inquiries related to products, order status, and returns while maintaining high service standards.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales representatives to drive repeat business and support initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Guidance: Assist customers with product selection and coordinate with vendors for detailed solutions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently or within a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a focus on customer satisfaction.
