Previous experience working within a customer focused role is desirable but not essential. Its vital, however, that the right candidate has a sound understanding of internet, social media and email use. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment alongside our vibrant team. Youll primarily be on hand to assist with general ticket enquiries from Skiddle customers taken over the phone or via our support channels.

You will also be looking after customer queries received for our flagship festival, Highest Point. In 2018, after a series of successful raves, Skiddle launched Highest Point Festival at Lancaster's Williamson Park. Since then, the festival has grown and we're looking for another member of the team to help us deliver a 10* customer experience for Highest Point customers. Its not all work though. The role comes with a fair share of perks and youll be able to explore and work at some awesome events.
