Job Summary: As a Customer Care & Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support while assisting with marketing initiatives to promote our brands. This role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, managing product information, coordinating sample packets, and executing email campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Customer Care: Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Address customer inquiries related to products, orders, billing, and shipping. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating with logistics teams. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. Educate customers on company products, services, and promotions. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Manage and distribute product information, sample packets, and marketing materials to customers and prospects. Assist in the development and execution of email campaigns to promote products and services. Support social media and digital marketing efforts by responding to inquiries and sharing relevant content. Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that align with customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or sales support (preferred). Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Experience with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and order management software. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking with a customer-first mindset.
