An established and customer focused benefits administrator is hiring on their customer care team!

This is an entry-level position that can go permanent based off need and performance. This company offers tremendous growth opportunities for motivated individuals. This role is an entry point into an ever growing and changing industry.

Customer Care Representatives answer calls regarding health and life insurance coverage and assisting in the enrollment process and servicing policies.

- Answer inbound calls from policy holders

- Handle multiple software systems and complex computer systems

-Provide policy holders with information about their policies and benefits

-Assist with claims on an as needed basis

-Act as advocates for policy holders through claims and billing issues

-Follow up with policy holders on pending issues and follow the case through the end

Training & Onboarding:

To get started, you will commit to 8-12 weeks of training. Training is comprehensive and as such we expect you to limit PTO. After training you will move into a consistent schedule that ranges between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday with one later shift required per week.

SCHEDULE: Must have availability between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday. Candidates will work a full 40 hours with 4 shifts that are 8-5pm and 1 shift that is 12pm-8pm.

Example: Monday 8a-5p, Tuesday 8a-5p, Wednesday 12p-8p, Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-5p

Must have a minimum of 1-year of customer service experience in call center, retail, or restaurant setting.
