Job DescriptionWe're looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Customer Care Representative! As a Customer Care Representative, you are the customer's first point of contact when they call in to our call center to make an appointment at one of our clinics. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for. Individuals with experience in call center or the customer service industry would be a good fit for this role.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls with existing and prospective clients to schedule an appointment with our Hearing Care Professionals
  • Drive marketing campaigns by being the first point of contact for customers engaged through multiple marketing channels (ex. Inbound/outbound calls, email, website inquiries, mail campaigns, etc.) and capturing customer data
  • Educate customers on Miracle-Ear programs, products, and services and resolve client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update as necessary
  • Develop client rapport by providing best-in-class client experience for diverse customer base
Candidates must possess the following
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume sales or call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a range of clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Able to type while listening attentively while on the phone
What we offer:
  • $15-$16/hour plus incentives
  • Hours to start are Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm with 1 Saturday a month
