Customer Care Representative - Moses Lake Community Health Center : Job Details

Our Moses Lake Medical Department is seeking an energetic, experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Medical team! As a team player you will provide excellent customer service while performing administrative and clerical tasks. The candidate must exhibit a positive attitude and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Check-in pre-registered, new, and established patients.

* Gather and enter demographic information accurately into the Electronic Medical Record system.

* Answer calls and routes them to the appropriate departments.

* Provides excellent service information and support to patients and colleagues on the phone and in person.

* Accurately schedule appointments with the appropriate provider, time, length, and type.

* Contribute to continuity of patient care by making recall and outreach calls.

Requirements

* Possesses general work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a business school (non BA/BS) or associates degree type program

* Bilingual Spanish/English or Russian/English preferred but not required
