Job Overview: Monitors the health, safety and well-being of children, customers and employees. Ensures proper release of children to authorized people only. Understands Playworks departments and contributes to sales and retention through positive communication with customers, while providing positive, high quality customer care. Ability to work in a team environment. Enjoys working with children.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Positive and professional behavior required.
* Previous experience with computer systems and money skills.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Pass background check, work physical and drug test.
* Ability to move in a variety of motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/ or pushing.
* Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 100% of time.
* Capacity to handle and lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
