WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Set the tone for the customer experience, sending welcome letters, and updating customer on initial appointment
• Keep assigned homeowners updated throughout entire RbA experience
• In this role you will be assigned to 7 to 10 Sales Associates
• Once a sale is finalized all the details and customer demographics will be sent to the Customer Care Representative, who will be the customers' direct point of contact.
• Coordinate with other departments to problem solve
• Confirming order process with administrative team
• Confirm shipping
• Troubleshoot to avoid escalation
• Answering questions
• Addressing complaints
• Displaying creative conflict resolutions skills

SKILLS

• 1+ years Customer Service skills
• 1+ Customer Relationship skills
• 1+ years of Data Entry Skills
• Computer literacy and navigating systems skills
• Preferred - Experience with assisting customers from start to finish in a multistep process project
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office Software
• High attention to detail
• Strong Organizational abilities
• Home improvement/service experience preferred but not required

Required to work Monday thru Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm

Starting Pay: $17.50 - $20 per hour
