As a Customer Care Representative for the world leader in the Fragrance industry, you will process sales orders from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers or affiliates in line with Customer Care guidelines. Act as liaison between the customer, operations and sales team to ensure customers' needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
You will report to the Supply Chain & Customer Care Manager and be located in our New York office with a hybrid working model (1 day at home and 4 days at the office).
