Customer Care Specialist - Cornerstone Bank : Job Details

Cornerstone Bank is looking for a full-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team. This position can be located at any of our locations. This candidate is responsible for answering the phone and assisting the customer with transferring funds, troubleshooting, helping with online banking, providing bank policies and procedures, and transferring calls to other people in the bank when requested. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while assisting them with their everyday banking needs over the phone. A High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of bank or related experience, call center or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job are required.
