Customer Care Specialist - Vector Technical : Job Details

Provide timely and accurate information to both internal and external customers, covering areas such as equipment, shipping and order statuses. Additionally, you will process customer orders and prepare written quotations for sales managers, company representative agencies, international distributors, dealers and end-users. Additionally, you will respond to inquiries via phone and email related to domestic sales, international sales, parts and services. Essential Functions - Responds to customer inquiries, sales manager inquiries, ship date inquiries, product spec information, order entry, and provides written bid quotations to both domestic and international sales teams and various other specific accounts. Receives parts/service and troubleshooting calls and service website inquiries.
