Job Description: The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) serves as a pivotal liaison between parents/families and COA, providing essential customer service information and resolving or directing emerging issues related to policies, procedures, efficiencies, or other concerns.
Who Would I Interact with? In this role, you will engage in daily interactions with parents, School Directors, Assistant Directors, and senior leadership.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls to Customer Care, identifying and assessing customers' needs for satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, route calls appropriately, provide solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process communication, and file documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide Receptionist Support between 12 pm - 1 pm daily (must remain at the reception station during this period).
- Respond to Google, Yellow Pages, White Pages, Facebook, and other directory reviews. Note: Yelp reviews will be addressed by the Marketing department. Respond within 24 hrs. of the review posting via the Local Marketing portal.
- Manage the intranet, collecting data/content and making monthly postings. Ensure the intranet is updated with all corporate communication and maintain the calendar (training schedule, meetings, summit dates, etc.). CCS is responsible for updating other campus content.
