Customer Collections Analyst - Thermo Fisher Scientific : Job Details

Prepare accurate weekly, biweekly, and ad hoc reports; maintain dashboards to track collections and cash flow performance. Data Analysis: Perform account-level analyses to identify risks, trends, and discrepancies; recommend resolutions and process improvements. Lead the customer collections process for a strategic group of accounts by applying data analytics, conducting research, and collaborating with internal groups to maintain a strong accounts receivable position. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and assist in implementing tools to streamline workflows. Drive culture of continuous improvement. Education/ Experience. Minimum Required Education: HS Diploma/ GED - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred .-5 Years of experience in a related role. Experience in CFORIA, Power.
