What you'll be doing day to day As a Customer Coordinator, supporting the in-store customer experience team, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations that are assigned by the Team Leader, including opening and/or closing duties for the unit which also include key and alarm code responsibilities. Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response, authorization, access, etc. Enhance the shopping journey of our visitors to IKEA by collaborating with all functions to increase co-worker competence and knowledge. Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey. Record information in the relevant systems to improve the customer's future shopping experience. Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability by understanding IKEA's product range and services. When needed, offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers. Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer, ensuring a positive customer journey. Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation for co-workers and customers.
