Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement Team Specialists to support sales activities and maintain customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries, manage service requests, and provide solutions for customer issues.
- Coordinate with the Order Entry department for unique customer requests.
- Maintain and update customer information in relevant systems.
- Work with Operations and Logistics teams on documentation for shipments and other customer-related matters.
- Prepare reports and support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide coverage for the company receptionist and the Cash & Carry outlet as required.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Customer Management Systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
