Customer Engineer - Akkodis : Job Details

Akkodis is seeking a Customer Engineer for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in 8501 Palmetto Commerce Parkway, Ladson, SC-South Carolina. Ideally looking for applicants with a strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, Data center is a plus.

Job Title : Customer Engineer

Location : 8501 Palmetto Commerce Parkway, Ladson, SC-South Carolina

Duration : 6 Months

Pay Range: $22/hr - $25.60/hr on w2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors

Shift - 5-day shift Monday -Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

What is the role doing? (For example, deployment, configuration, support)

IT Tech Bar/IT Point of Service. Face of IT Department assisting with first time resolution of topics for office environment.

- What is the technical environment, & minimum (technical) skills/experience needed?

Office IT environment. Minimum technical skills: Good customer service, Ticketing system experience, familiar with Active Directory and 365 environment, previous experience with mobile device management through MS Intune a plus.

- Are there any professional accreditations required for the role?

N/A

- What are the nice to have skills/experience?

ServiceNow experience, Verizon Account management experience, Intune mobile device management experience.

- Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector?
