- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and facilitate meetings.
- Manage customer critical issues and develop technical solutions.
- Deliver presentations and discuss complementary products at a solutions level.
- Conduct risk analysis and remediation planning.

What's Needed?
- Minimum 5+ years experience with workplace technology solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with the Microsoft suite.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to adapt and manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
