They offer a collaborative work environment and are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients, including breweries and distributors. Job Description: The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing a shared inbox, assisting clients with billing inquiries, reviewing financial and inventory data, and supporting the team with various projects. This is a contract position with the potential for conversion based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the shared email inbox, ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Communicate with clients (breweries and distributors) to address billing issues and outstanding accounts receivable.
• Analyze financial and inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve discrepancies.
• Support colleagues with various ongoing projects to help meet team goals.
• Manage inbox-related metrics and ensure follow-up actions are completed as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot trends and errors in data (comfortable with numbers).

Additional Details:

• This is a fully in-office role, located in Denver, CO.
• Flexible work hours (7-4, 8-5, or 9-6), with a required start time by 9 AM.
• Contract duration is 6 months to indefinite, with the possibility of conversion.
• Full criminal background check required.
