Job Description :

Owns and manages the customer experience of small/mid-sized customers(Essential Services Customers). Has responsibility for the end to endcustomer experience in compliance with all company procedures.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic customer experience professional with a deep understanding of Maersk's strategy, business drivers, robust operations, and procurement experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted extension of our clients' operations teams, providing dedicated support and service to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in the US and China, as well as other key stakeholders, to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Proactively address and resolve daily client requests, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Facilitate and synchronize operational activities to meet client needs, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and track operational performance against client service agreements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Escalate potential risks to the Account Executive, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on clients.
  • Identify and assess client expectations, implementing changes in collaboration with the Account Executive to exceed those expectations.
  • Oversee financial aspects for assigned accounts, including managing aging, sales orders, and raw goods purchases.

We are looking for:

  • At least 2 years of industry experience in oceans, transportation, logistics, or a related supply chain field, with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Experience managing client relationships or programs is a strong plus.
