This includes handling inbound and outbound calls, cold calling, in person interactions related to service, product, and fiber expansion inquiries and sales, account and service adjustments, and all data entry for service-related needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer focus, and be solutions driven, with the ability to sell products and services to meet customer needs.Essential Functions (including but not limited to)
  • Engage with potential customers to showcase our retail products and service
  • Educate customers on the advantages of our offerings and help them find the best fit for their needs
  • Creating service orders and coordinating completion with appropriate departments
  • Performing administrative and cash handling duties
  • Processing daily cash receipts and checking entries for accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-3 years of retail, sales, customer service, or related experience required
  • Interest in retail products and technology
  • Professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in as fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry of customer contact, accounts updates, problem resolution, and/or documents
