The onsite Customer Product Administrator position is responsible for owning the Easy Ice customer experience with all aspects of the installation process within a designated region. This position will serve as a liaison between sales team, warehouse, field service, and Easy Ice customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Internally locate and request equipment to be shipped Coordinate with Internal Logistics team for scheduling shipping of equipment to 3rd Party Vendors Internal product requests Charging customer set up fees Source equipment locally or through the Easy Ice data base Desire to learn and understand a multitude of Ice Machine Brands & Models Proactively manage customer situations regarding timing, work effort, customer responsibilities, etc. Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments (Sales Coordinator, Warehouse, FS Manager, and Lead Dispatcher) through email, applications and phone Uphold a high level of customer service and expectation with all customer interaction Understanding and knowledge of Salesforce, ability to maneuver within and obtain customer information Ensuring that the account has all the proper information for the handoff to Service Delivery and Accounting Initiate work orders with service partners through Easy Ice and Easy Ice partner's Perform other duties as assigned or requested Assist in confirming all Install work is completed to Easy Ice SOP SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime and weekend availability may be required during summer months Occasional travel to Easy Ice branch locations for training POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associates/Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of related experience Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service role Demonstrated track record of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction Demonstrated track record of working effectively with employees in various departments of the company Working knowledge of computer programs and multi-line phone systems Other Desired Skills: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience Instinctive and skilled problem solver Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Ability to multi-task effectively WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use Sits for extended periods of time Must have sufficient visual acuity to be able to work, for prolonged periods of time, on a computer monitor The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
