Job Description
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with rotating 4-hour Sunday shifts. Must be onsite.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for keeping all internal and external customers satisfied/happy with our company as their distributor and to accommodate them the best way possible. Solve customer problems, which may include communicating with vendors and co-workers to obtain answers and reply to customers in a timely manner. Function as a team member within the department and organization, as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Responsible for assisting all external and internal customers, to include the following duties:
* Enter, change and update orders
* Answer phone calls and emails
* Solving customers problems
* Enter and balance daily deposits
* Enter and calculate Rebates and Allowances
* Retrieving, opening and dispersing mail
* Filing and storing of confidential documents
* Run reports and calculate Sales Payroll
* Assist with Commodities
* Set up Customer Accounts
* Attend trainings and Customer Service/Accounts Receivable meetings
* Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
6 to 12 months of Customer Service and/or Accounting Administration Support
Preferred Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED and 2 years of College
1 to 2 years of Customer Service and Accounting Administration
