The Customer Relations Mail Clerk will be responsible for the processing and delivery of inbound and outbound mail within Mortgage Servicing.Responsibilities include:Receive incoming mail including USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.Sort incoming mailIdentify mail to corresponding loan number in servicing systemScans, uploads, and distributes mail through internal program directly to individuals or departments as addressedIdentifies documents received and forwards to proper departmentsSeparate mail and deliver to appropriate staff within Mortgage ServicingMaintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeReport any issues related to mail or scanning to managementParticipate in special projects and other duties as assignedRequirements:1+ years of Mail Room experienceFamiliarity with Mortgage Servicing documentsMSP (mortgage servicing system) experience preferredData entry and 10 keyCustomer service orientedStrong communications skillsFiling and researching skillsStrong attention to detailProficient computer skillsAbility to work at a fast pace and maintain accuracyThis position offers a full range of benefits including Health, Dental, and 401k.Equal Opportunity EmployerM/F/Disability/Vet.Member FDIC | Equal Housing Lender | NMLS ID 401285
