Job Description :

**Essential Functions**

+ Works with project management, vendors and internal staff to ensure that customers' expectations are being met with highest level of quality and customer service.

+ Mentor, train, hire, coach and develop staff to ensure professional growth.

+ Determine essential priorities of customer projects and requests.

+ Maintain contact with current customers to ensure company has exceeded customer satisfaction.

+ Develop relationships with potential customers introducing products and services offered.

+ Grow relationships with current customers with introducing new products and services offered.

+ Attend trade shows and observe the markets for any new products being offered from foreign or domestic suppliers.

+ Develop proposals for customer projects to include pricing, labor, materials and equipment needs.

+ Work with the legal department on any contract negotiations with external customers to ensure a timely execution.

+ Out of town travel is required to address supplier and customer issues as well as develop new customer relationships.

+ Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

+ Must have prior experience (5-7 years) of project management and/or customer service experience in a contract manufacturing environment.

+ Must have previous supervisory experience and will lead a team of 2-4 project managers.

+ Ability to understand market trends, as well as experience in new customer development.

+ Requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret business information, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

+ Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to write reports and findings and present to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner.

+ Excellent customer relationship management skills and corresponding experience.

+ Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities.

+ Exceptional project management skills.

+ Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong attention to detail.

+ Exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills, along with ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining composure and respect for everyone.

+ Demonstrated excellence in Microsoft Office suite.

+ Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information.

**Pay Details:** $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
