Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This is a remote job that involves working from home. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or inside sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools ??Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems quickly. ?
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
