- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm lead
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Positive attitude and Coachable
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese or other preferred
- Possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses, or commit and possess the ability to acquire licenses asap
