**Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Spanish Required)****Responsibilities:**- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring a responsive and professional customer experience.- Clearly explain the current status of customers' projects and respond to inquiries efficiently.- Quickly learn and understand the nuances of insurance claims to effectively communicate pertinent information to customers.- Maintain a structured schedule, ensuring punctuality and consistent availability during designated hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve the company's goals, contributing to a harmonious work environment.- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.**Requirements:**- Fluent in both English and Spanish.- Ability to commute and consistently arrive on time.- Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.**Additional Information:**- Our office is closed on holidays.- A company bonus is included as part of the compensation package.
