Chesterfield, MO **Customer Sales Coordinator - Onsite**

**Katalyst Surgical**, an industry leader in the design, manufacturing, and quality control of ophthalmic surgical instruments, is growing and looking for an energetic, personable **CustomerSales Coordinator** to help ensure a seamless and successful customer experience for our nationwide customer base.

As part of the tight-knit group obsessed with ensuring the best customer experience, you will be an integral part of the process, building rapport with customers and managing customer orders from order submission to shipping and answering any questions that may arise. ****This position works onsite in Chesterfield, Missouri daily. Candidates seeking remote work will not be considered****

**As a Customer Sales Coordinator at Katalyst Surgical, you will:**

* Work to educate customers, answer questions or address issues, while portraying a positive image of the company

* Update account information, adding and canceling orders, changing billing and shipping information and any other customer account alterations

* Stay on schedule and communicate with shipping outlets (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to assure that shipments are completed (including back-ordered items) and arrive in a timely manner

* Manage all shipments from the Katalyst Surgical facility, and record items shipped and accurate quantities of goods daily

* Organize and track supply quantities in the inventory room

* File customer invoices, inspection forms and other paperwork appropriately

* Process repairs, representative requests on proper documentation, and RMA's to determine correct course of action required for returned goods; correct paperwork, track deadlines, and repack goods to be placed in inventory

* Print labels, inspection forms, shipping documentation and invoices

* Answer phone calls and assist customers

* Send sales representative catalogs, demo instruments, and fliers weekly

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address potential product complaints

* Provide customer with accurate quotes, comparing instruments from other vendors

**As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you bring to the table:**

* Experience in Microsoft Office is a MUST

* Energy, enthusiasm, initiative and an exception attentional to detail

* Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

* Complex problem solving skills, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and creative, out-of-the-box thinking

* Quick learning: able to learn and become proficient with all office software used, as well as the order preparation, packing, and shipping processes Quickbooks experience preferred

* Must be able to bend, lift up to 25lbs., and climb on a step ladder
