Customer Sales & Service Representative - Applied Industrial Technologies : Job Details

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships. Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns. Sourcing parts. Assist in generating sales. Help in the stockroom as needed. Requirements:6 months customer service or inside sales experience. Attention to detail. Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar. Basic computer/ Microsoft Excel skills preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated total compensation for this position is $18-$22/hr depending on experience, including potential bonus opportunities.
