Position Overview:

Adecco is seeking an experienced and qualified Customer Satisfaction Manager to oversee customer interactions, ensure timely order processing, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for our client in Berthoud, Colorado. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the order lifecycle.

• Process purchase orders, quotes, and shipping schedules.

• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with internal teams.

• Manage customer accounts and resolve issues efficiently.

• Monitor reports and maintain accurate forecasting.

• Use SyteLine MRP system to track orders and shipping.

• Communicate proactively with customers and internal departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; database experience preferred.

• Typing speed of 40 WPM and proficiency in 10-key data entry.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
