GENERAL SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative will receive calls from our clients to input orders and inquire about existing orders.

The Customer Service Representative will receive, review and process tickets for Routed and On-Demand orders.

The Customer Service Representative will receive, document and resolve customer complaints, and escalate to Supervisor as needed.

The Customer Service Representative will perform Quality Assurance on the work performed by our couriers to maintain a high level of satisfaction and minimize patient impact.

The Customer Service Representative will perform all duties with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

2. Be able to clearly communicate via phone. Answering the phone with a smile is critical.

3. Efficiently gather customer information and document interactions through ticket tracking application.

4. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.

5. Must be able accept, communicate, and relay direction from all levels of all departments.

6. Proficient with computers and Excel workbooks.

7. Weekend work rotation needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

1. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

2. Prefer Customer Service experience of at least 1 year.

DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

1. Integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. The ability to quickly analyze incoming information and determine course of action needed.

3. Required to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and written.

4. Experience with phone support of customers.

5. Ability to work overtime if needed.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

SHIFTS AVAILABLE: this will be on a 2 week rotation schedule.

Week One will have SUNDAY, THURSDAY, and FRIDAY as OFF days and Week Two will have MONDAY, TUESDAY, and SATURDAY as OFF days. You will have every other weekend off, and 2 days together off during each week.

Work Remotely

This is currently a hybrid position as you will come into office for training (2-4 weeks during 1st or 2nd shift). We are moving to bring our 3rd shift into the office environment, but at this time, they do work from home. If needed, it can be in office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential
