Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This full-time position encompasses a variety of duties including, but not limited to, traditional office functions performed in a fast-paced work environment, making travel arrangements and working closely with families that are traveling out of the area for healthcare, detailed reporting, data entry, and creative problem-solving.

· Commitment to customer service excellence

· Supporting members via telephone and email

· Serving as a resource to partner agencies, organizations, and community transportation providers

· Reviewing data for errors or deficiencies

· Compiling detailed reports

Experience:

· Microsoft Office: 2 year (Required)

· Data Entry: 2 year (Required)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize; and work independently and in a team environment

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Applicant will be required to pass extensive background checks in accordance with state and federal regulations and have a valid driver's license
