Responsibilities include greeting customers, receiving payments, entering inventory, ordering and receiving parts and tires, completing bank deposits, and completing Purchase (P-Card) reconciliation.MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer.ResponsibilitiesConsistently and courteously greet and thank each customerAnswer phones and satisfy routine requests courteouslyInvoice customers out with full customer information; Name, Phone Number, Email, and AddressReceive invoices from vendors into Navex and assist in P-Card reconciliationEnsure that customer payments are completed accurately and applied to the correct accountConduct efficient and accurate sales transactionsNotify supervisor of any sales, cash or operating discrepanciesAssist with sales as directed by managerPrepare and deliver bank depositsExecute all company programs, policies, and procedures as requestedAttend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as requiredMonitor customer service area and host waiting customersBuild effective relationships with customers and store staff and motivate employees to deliver positive customer experiences to the customersAid in keeping show room, restrooms, and checkout areas clean and stockedComplete all required training in a timely mannerAdhere to all local, state and federal regulations concerning all facets of job responsibilities and duties, and store operationsFollow posted work schedule and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours workedMaintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customersKeep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attentionOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years of ageSome travel required for trainingValid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank depositsBasic understanding of accounting principlesAbility to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery including Microsoft Office productsCapability to learn new concepts and use technical materialsAbility to perform mathematical calculations in order to make change, complete reports, and account for productsAbility to visually observe and inspect items and work environment for regular job responsibilities and safety concernsPhysical ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or sitting) for up to nine hours per shiftPhysical ability to move and position self to move and retrieve products and supplies from shelves under counters or stacks of inventory weighing up to 50 poundsAbility and willingness to work with hazardous materialsAbility to exchange accurate information verbally and in written form with the customers of MFA Oil in EnglishAbility to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background checkLegal authorization to work in the United States of AmericaPreferred Skills1-3 years of customer service or other applicable work experienceAbility to meet deadlines with a high degree of time management and accuracyAbility to grasp new concepts quickly and work at a fast paceAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to set priorities and goals and develop plans for achieving themAbility to thrive in a fast paced, growing organization and rapidly changing environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
