Apply your expertise in our industry leading team of automation professionals.As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll develop and maintain customer relationships with buyers and provide support for questions related to purchase orders, quotations, product inquiries, quality issues, invoicing and product delivery assistance. CAS supports the Regional Service Managers and Field Service personnel to meet the customer's request in a timely manner. Customer Service Administrator also supports the Sales and Projects team by supplying information they do not have assist to fielding customer requests, working with the necessary departments to clear roadblocks, problem solve and ultimately satisfy all customer inquiries.
  • Receive customer inquiries for spare parts through direct communication or through the Service Managers.
  • Must have strong written skills as well as email etiquette.
  • Will need strong organizational skills.
  • Identify specific parts utilizing Valmet documentation systems.
  • Provide RMA and customer quotations for spare parts and consumables.
  • Provide support for spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel.
  • Processing orders from customer's purchase, invoicing, and run reports in our ERP system.
  • Work with our Logistics team on orders and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with demand service orders with both parts and services to the customer.
  • Must have working knowledge of Salesforce, Ariba, and Coupa.
  • Monitor orders for customers deliveries.
  • Prepare invoices for orders based on delivery.
  • Invoice and acknowledge deliveries in various customer portals.
  • Work with the finance team when needed on AR situations.
Expectations:The incumbent must have a university or College Degree or 3 - 5 years or work experience related to accounts support with extensive customer service background and logistics knowledge. To be successful in this role, you must have soft skills and have had prior exposure to working in a professional office environment.
