Position: Customer Service Analyst
Location: Manhattan, NY
Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Note:
- Hybrid role [3 days onsite | 2 days remote per week]
- Days of the week: Monday & Tuesday (REMOTE) | W-F in office
- Working Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for conducting data and information research, performing ad-hoc tasks, and utilizing computer skills to support various projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree and/or related
- Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data and information research to support project needs.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager.
- Utilize computer applications and software to analyze and interpret data.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of research findings and project progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Always ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Must have technical or professional skills:
- Computer Savvy
- Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Accuracy with data handling
