This position will also be helping to resolve customer problems and various responsibilities within our Ticket Office, such as processing orders.ResponsibilitiesPrimary:
  • Answering inbound channels including phone calls and live chats.
  • Troubleshooting guest issues and escalating requests to Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Selling single game tickets in ProVenue.
  • Assisting guests by providing information pertaining to tickets, The Pittsburgh Pirates, PNC Park, events, etc.
  • Assist with inbound emails as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager, Customer Service.
  • Secondary:
  • Receive and process payment transactions and ensure the accuracy of daily payment report.
  • Assist the Account Executives with customer service, Will Call requests, sending tickets, processing of urgent orders and resolving of pressing issues.
  • Assist the Ticket Office personnel with miscellaneous duties.
  • QualificationsRequired:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Graduate
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Desired:
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration
  • Customer relations experience
  • Ticket Office experience
  • Availability:
  • This job is 29 hours per week. This person must be available most Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am-5pm. The other 13 hours will be split among office and game hours based on availability.
  • Must be flexible and available nights, holidays and weekends.
