**Customer Service Associate**

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Associate at its corporate office in Irvine, CA. This highly visible position, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, is responsible for meeting and exceeding service goals by advancing high quality spinal fusion solutions utilizing an innovative implant technology.

As the Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for interfacing with the sales and operations organizations supporting day-to-day planning, monitoring of inventory, and being the primary conduit for company inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly access the issues and problem solve to provide an optimal service level of performance will be essential for your success.

**Responsibilities:**

* Maintains communication with customers via emails, phone calls, text, etc. regarding surgeries, demos, shipments, restock, and returns.

* Ensures that the customer communications are handled/answered in a timely and accurate fashion.

* Manage customers inventory to prevent shortages

* Manage companys master surgery case calendar and master sales tracker

* Manages the companys FedEx account including generating labels and tracking packages

* Demonstrates ability to satisfy customer inquiries in a professional manner

* Supports shipping/receiving in an overflow capacity

* Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* 4+ years of customer service experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

* Ability to multi-task and thrive in a start-up environment

* Keen attention to detail and accurate data input skills

* Knowledge of MRP systems. Fishbowl ERP is a plus.

* Experience with a medical device or start-up company is a plus
