Dime Community Bank is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Floater for many of its Brooklyn branches and its Midtown branch (would be branches near subway stations). The role of a Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Floater is to satisfy the needs of our customers by completing deposit and withdrawal transactions, responding to customer inquiries, issuing money orders, cash advances and cashiers' checks in any of Dime's branches in Nassau County. The CSA will open, close, and provide service to all banks deposit and consumer loan products to Dime customers in the branch market area. Previous retail banking experience necessary. The hourly wage minimum = $20; maximum = $29. The exact pay may vary based on skills, experience, training, licenses/certifications, language necessities, and location.
