Who You Are::
The Customer Service Associate position plays a key role in establishing and developing strong working relationships with customers as well as respective retail partners selling David Donahue product. This role will be responsible for entering and organizing wholesale customer orders and processing changes as needed. In addition, they will be responsible for responding to eCommerce customer emails and phone calls pertaining to our website, product experience, return inquiries, and order status. The Customer Service Associate will work to prevent and/or resolve customer issues with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction, attain first contact resolution, and build customer loyalty and brand awareness by providing outstanding service. This role is an entry level position with the intent to learn the business and potentially grow within the organization long term.
