Customer Service Associate - Workforce Solutions, LLC : Job Details

Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a family-owned manufacturing company looking for a Customer Service Associate to manage client relationships and accounts working from their Madison, WI location.

What's the role?

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for serving customers daily by providing product, order, shipping, and service information including handling all administrative duties that facilitate the order entry process.

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

• Experience working with clients and their accounts in a customer service role; experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus.
• Strong computer competency required in Microsoft Office for the ability to work within company software programs.
• Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Handles a fast-paced environment and deadline pressures well, planning and carrying out responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Experience in a small business setting is a plus.

What will my schedule look like?

This hourly role generally works a 40-hour work week fully onsite during office hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p.
