Job Description :

The individual in the position is required to have working knowledge of all the below functions to include but not limited to:

* Take customer inquiries and orders.

* Enter customer purchase orders, change orders, and reconciles sales order edit.

* Updates orders and releases to warehouse.

* Prepares and forwards shipping papers to warehouse.

* Prepare and submits customer invoicing to Holland's Accounting department

* Interfaces with purchasing/materials on customer requirements.

* Research, cost, price, & quote international equipment spare parts.

* Thoroughly address & resolve customer complaints & problem orders (NCR's/RMA's).

* Distribute order/contract information, internally or externally, as required.

* Investigates pricing discrepancies, short payments.

* Contribute to the Continual Improvement of the customer service department.

* All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic office functions.

* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds is regularly required for filing and other record keeping duties.

* Vision must be sufficient for inputting data into a computer.

* Keyboarding skills that reduce the risk of carpal tunnel and other office related injuries.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

* Indoor office environment/hybrid work environment

* May occasionally enter shop or warehouse

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School graduate or equivalent.

* 3+ years Customer Service experience.

* Proficient in Word, Excel (charts and graphs)

* Microsoft Outlook system knowledge/experience.

* IFS system knowledge desirable.

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Positive attitude & strong work ethic.

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers, employees, management, and vendors.

* Ability to work in team environment.

* Must maintain a valid driver's license and abide by our Corporate Fleet Policy.
