Job Summary
This position serves as a primary customer service representative at the Bursar's Office and responds to customer inquiries in person, on the phone, and via e-mail in a professional and courteous manner. Requests include all aspects of tuition/fees, financial aid disbursement, tax statements and ID card & Mobile credentials.
Hybrid work will be considered for this position based on the candidate's location and interest.
Required:
* High School Diploma/GED
* 0-2 years of customer service experience
* Phone etiquette, active listening, and organizational skills
* Computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to understand and relay policies and procedures
* Basic math skills
* Office skills, including file maintenance, inventory, ordering, correspondence, and document processing
