Job Description :

**Adecco is** seeking a **Customer Service Associate (CSA)** with **1-3 years of dispatch experience** in logistics or transportation. This is not a local dispatch role (e.g., tow trucks) but requires expertise in managing transportation and logistics dispatch for a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a CSA, you will play a key role in managing relationships between carriers, customers, and internal sales teams. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of products.

+ **Assignment Type** : Temporary

+ **Work Hours** : Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM ( **Training Schedule** : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, for at least 3 weeks)

+ **Pay Rate** : $ 21.00/hour

+ This is a **temporary position** with **floating and fill-in shifts** , primarily covering nights/early mornings, including some weekend shifts. Training will be conducted during standard business hours for the initial 3 weeks.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Serve as the primary contact between the supply chain team and assigned external customers.

+ Utilize dispatch systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, OTR) and external scheduling systems (Retailix, Retail Link, UNFI, One Network) to address and resolve issues across business units.

+ Analyze incoming emails (potentially exceeding 300 per day) to identify and execute prompt resolutions.

+ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external customers.

+ Proactively problem-solve delivery and logistics issues, identifying cost-effective and creative solutions.

+ Stay knowledgeable about internal policies, software applications, and the organizational structures and processes of external customers.

+ Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization at all times.

**Qualifications**

**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics.

**Experience**

+ 1-3 years of dispatch experience in transportation/logistics.

+ Great customer service skills

**Technical Skills**

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

+ Experience using dispatch and scheduling systems (TES, LME, Four Kites, Retailix, etc.).

**Communication Skills**

+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

+ Conflict management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proven ability to multi-task effectively and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
