We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide outstanding support in our Automotive Service Department, turning every customer experience into a win.Purpose of the PositionThe Customer Service Associate in the Service Department serves as a key point of contactfor customers, ensuring an exceptional experience through professional interactions andefficient coordination of service-related activities. This role involves greeting and assistingcustomers, managing calls, coordinating customer transportation needs, assisting with partspickup and delivery, and connecting with customers in need of automotive related services.Key Roles & Responsibilities: Critical player in helping to deliver an Exceptional Customer Service Experience Coordinator of service customer transportation needs - shuttle, pick up & delivery,courtesy transportation Service Business Development Representative - connect with customers in need ofservice Fixed Operations Assistant - assist with record filing, and help maintain cleanliness andorganization of the service and parts departments Parts Pick up & Delivery - support the parts department as needed with sourcing anddelivery of partsEssential Duties Welcome and greet customers upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional firstimpression. Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate service advisor ordepartment. Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries or routing calls tothe appropriate personnel. Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate records in the system. Arrange, manage and support courtesy shuttle services for customers, ensuring timelypickups and drop-offs. Communicate effectively with shuttle drivers and customers to coordinate schedules. Assist the Service Manager and Service Advisor(s) with managing our service loanerfleet, including vehicles in our Courtesy Transportation Program. Support the Service Department with business development activities including, but notlimited to follow-up calls, appointment confirmations, and customer outreach campaigns. Help track service leads and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat platforms asneeded. File service and parts documents accurately and maintain organized records. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service and parts departments. Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer and vehicle information in the dealership'sdatabase. Facilitate parts pickup and delivery as needed, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Assist in verifying and organizing incoming and outgoing parts orders.Qualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous driving or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software (CRM experience a plus). Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset. Flexible schedule and availability for shuttle driving during business hours.Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
