The Bar BuildBulkBurn Cafe LLC in Decatur, GA is looking for Customer Service Reps to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 6088 Covington Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees

Basic mathematical skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to listen and communicate effectively

• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
