CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Our client has been providing services throughout the nation for the past fifty years. This is a company who distributes chemicals across the nation and internationally. This company strongly believes in individually personalized services for each of their clients and strives to maintain excellent customer service for each of their clients.

They are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join their team located in PEARLAND AREA.

This role is PERMANENT(DIRECT-HIRE) with benefits! Compensation for this role is $60K-$65K, depending on experience.

This position does have a MON-FRI (8 hour shift) schedule, days only. This is an in-office opportunity and is NOT remote or hybrid.

All applicants MUST have CHEMICAL Customer Service Experience.

The Expectations for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

The Customer Service Representative will be…

• Master all communication related to customer order requisitions
• Assist in providing top-level customer service to local, national, and global clients
• Fulfill order to cash processing for small and large volume clients
• Resolve customer obstacles due to late orders, missed documents, or product quality
• Identify root cause of customer obstacles and provide a solution
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, production, and more teams on a daily basis
• Participate in production meetings to maintain awareness of order status
• Observe DOT requirements, HAZMAT clearance, and general logistics process
• Operate in ChemPax, MS Excel, and various customer portals
• Communicate in-person, phone, email, and via portals

The Experience Required for the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

• Chemical CSR Experience, 3+ years, ABSOLUTE MUST
• Microsoft Excel, 3+ years, ABSOLUTE MUST

The Benefits:

• Work week is Monday through Friday!
• $60K-$65K, annually, depending on experience!
