Salesmanship: Proactively reach out to dealers to educate them on the platform's features and benefits, and skillfully introduce our subscription service as a value-added offering that can enhance their business operations. Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing questions, concerns, and new business inquiries via phone and email. Platform Utilization: Educate dealers on the features of Gunstores.com, helping them to optimize their use of the site to grow their businesses. Problem-Solving: Work closely with industry partners and internal teams to resolve any issues dealers or online customers encounter. CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
