Customer Service Clerk Job Description:

PrideStaff is partnering with a local logistics company in search of a Customer Service Clerk to join their growing team. The Customer Service Clerk will provide excellent telephone and email support to customers and clients regarding concerns or complaints and direct them to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner. The ideal Customer Service Clerk has experience in a fast paced office setting dealing with customers, juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, as well as exhibiting excellent customer service and communication skills.
